An interesting object. I see it has many applications.
e.g. As a chastity belt for onething, worn as a grass skirt, but padlocked, would fulfill its design application...then again...maybe not. OR if aranged around the perimater of a surf board could keep a shark at a safe distance OR fellow surfers equally at bay.
